Terms of Service

1. Overview

By placing an order with The Kippah Guy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through thekippahguy.com or by phone, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting your order.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

All kippah orders are custom-made to order. Because each order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun, except in cases of our error.

• Every order includes a digital proof sent to your email within 24 hours of order placement.
• Production begins only after you provide written approval of your proof (by email or through the client portal).
• You are responsible for reviewing all proof details carefully — including names, dates, spelling, and colors — before approving.
• Errors that are present in your approved proof are not eligible for replacement at no cost.

3. Production & Turnaround

Standard production for custom kippahs is 4 weeks from proof approval. Standard kippahs ship within 2 weeks of proof approval. Rush options are available at an additional per-piece fee:

• Within 2 Weeks — +$0.25 per piece
• 1 Week — +$0.50 per piece
• 2 Days — +$0.75 per piece
• 1 Day — +$1.00 per piece

Rush timelines are confirmed within 1 hour of order placement. We will contact you if the requested timeline is not available and offer the next available option.

4. Payment

We accept Credit/Debit Card (via Square), Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is collected at the time of order placement for card payments. For Zelle and Venmo orders, payment instructions are emailed after order submission, and production begins once payment is confirmed.

All prices are in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change; the price shown at checkout is your confirmed price.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat $20 nationwide. Free shipping on all orders of $450 or more within the United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not currently able to ship internationally.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before a proof has been approved and production has begun. Once production is underway, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at (929) 457-0127 or thekippahguy@gmail.com.

7. Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your kippahs arrive with a manufacturing defect or an error that differs from your approved proof, we will remake the affected items at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, logos, or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them on your order. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from artwork you have provided.
